Follow our foot steps through our forest as we share the science behind safely extracting sap from sugar maples (Acer Saccharum), the history of syruping in the state of Missouri (yes, not JUST the northern states), and the fabulous benefits. We will make it as hands-on for you as possible so you can get a feel for it. Please provide your own mug as we will serve you hot drinks and tasty treats. We will meet at EC no later than 12:45pm then caravan 4 miles to the directors' home.
